THE SCARF “IN MILANÓWEK” IS AN ACCESSORY FOR A LIFETIME

The latest collection “In Milanówek” is a unique collection of hand painted silk scarves and shawls, which is a continuation of the Polish style and the ancient tradition of manual painting on silk in Milanówek and in Cracow (Cracow Workshops, 1913-1930). Artists-painters from a studio of Antoni Buszka in Cracow received a Grand Prix during the World Exhibition in Paris in 1925 for their manually-painted batiks.

Cracow was the first center in Poland where the art of creating silk batiks – while painting on silk – started.

Each scarf from our studio, created by painters from Milanówek with artists from the Academy of Fine Arts (ASP), is an individual and unique work of art, meant for women who treasure beauty and original design.
